What I Offer…

I offer a range of services to meet the needs of every practice. Have something else in mind?

I'd be happy to work with you to create a custom service menu and I’m always willing to tackle new tasks!

  • Serving as the welcoming first point of contact for your practice, I respond to new client calls and emails, gather key information about their needs, and thoughtfully explain your services. My goal is to represent your practice with a warm, compassionate, and welcoming presence from the very first interaction. I help prioritize clinical needs, connect clients with the most appropriate provider when possible, and offer supportive resources or referrals when your practice is not the right fit.

  • As a therapist myself, I understand the nuances of good clinical care. I support your practice by thoughtfully matching clients with the right providers based on specialty, clinical appropriateness, and overall fit—helping ensure both clients and clinicians feel supported from the very beginning.

  • I support—or fully manage—client and provider scheduling to keep your practice running smoothly and efficiently. I work to ensure providers maintain a well-balanced schedule that supports their productivity goals while also respecting their availability and work-life balance. At the same time, I prioritize timely scheduling for clients so they can access care without unnecessary delays, helping improve engagement and overall client retention.

  • With experience in both clinical and administrative full-cycle hiring and management, I can support your practice through every stage of the provider lifecycle. This includes recruitment, interviewing, and extending offers, as well as thoughtful onboarding and ongoing administrative support. My goal is to help you build a strong, reliable team while creating a smooth and welcoming experience for new providers joining your practice.

  • I can provide ongoing management of your electronic health record (EHR) system and client documentation to keep your practice organized and running efficiently. This includes sending intake forms, monitoring completion of signed documents, uploading and organizing client files, and distributing assessments when needed. My goal is to ensure your records remain accurate, complete, and easy to navigate while freeing up your time to focus on client care.

  • While insurance credentialing is not my specialty, I can assist with navigating the credentialing process so your providers can begin seeing clients without unnecessary delays. This includes supporting insurance panel applications, helping providers obtain NPI numbers, and maintaining up-to-date CAQH profiles. My goal is to help you streamline the credentialing process and reduce administrative burden so you and your providers can focus on delivering quality care.

  • As a California-licensed clinician, Clinical Supervisor, and former BBS liaison for a group practice, I bring a strong understanding of Board of Behavioral Sciences requirements across all licensing tracks. I support practices by monitoring provider license status and expiration dates, sending renewal reminders, and assisting with tracking continuing education requirements when needed. I can also share relevant BBS updates and announcements with practice owners and providers to help ensure your team stays informed and aligned with current regulatory standards.

  • As a Clinical Supervisor, I am highly familiar with California supervision requirements and can support your practice in building and maintaining a strong supervision structure. This includes assisting with hiring supervisors, matching associates with appropriate supervisors, coordinating and scheduling supervision sessions, and providing administrative support for supervisors and supervisees. When needed, I can also offer fill-in clinical supervision to help maintain continuity of support (available for an additional fee of $100 per supervision hour).

  • Insurance audits can feel overwhelming for practice owners and often require your direct involvement. I provide administrative support throughout the process by organizing and gathering requested medical records and documentation, helping ensure materials are prepared and submitted in a timely and organized manner. This allows you to focus on communicating with auditors and managing the more complex aspects of the audit process while your records and paperwork are handled efficiently behind the scenes.

  • While I’m not a marketing professional by trade, I bring practical experience promoting and growing both my own practice and the group practices I’ve worked with. I can assist with maintaining provider directory listings, monitoring professional and community groups for referral opportunities, and sharing information about your practice when appropriate. I also support outreach and relationship-building with other practices and community providers to help expand your referral network and increase visibility for your services.

  • I help manage and organize incoming practice communications to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. This includes responding to emails, phone calls, and messages from clients, providers, and community partners. I can handle administrative inquiries directly and thoughtfully route more complex questions to the appropriate team member, helping keep communication clear, timely, and well-coordinated throughout your practice.

  • With a doctoral background in research and experience tracking practice-level data, I can help monitor key metrics that support informed decision-making. This may include tracking provider productivity, client retention, referral sources, and other practice trends. I can also design quantitative and qualitative surveys to assess provider or client satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and present clear, customized summaries of the findings to help guide future practice decisions.

  • I provide support with private pay and out-of-network billing to help keep your practice running smoothly. I have experience working with platforms such as SimplePractice, Ivy Pay, Reimbursify, and Mentaya, and I’m always happy to learn additional systems your practice may use. I can also assist with insurance billing through SimplePractice when needed. While I do not position myself as an insurance billing specialist, I’m happy to provide administrative support in this area to help keep your billing processes organized and moving forward.
